We are an Austrian based company with an east coast location with customers nationwide.
Deine Aufgaben
- Install, handover and commissioning of our systems at the customer's site
- Carrying out the so-called Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) together with the customer
- Initial training of the systems to the operators on site
- Ongoing service, repairs and maintenance of the systems
- Fault analyses (electrical, mechanical, control technology)
- Development of the best possible technical solution and troubleshooting
- Customer Support: you are the main contact for customers on technical matters. You will provide technical support and training to customers to help them operate and maintain systems
- Documentation and Reporting: you will keep accurate records of all work, repairs, and maintenance performed to a GMP standard
Du bringst mit
- Completed technical training in the relevant field, electrical experience desired
- Training in refrigeration technology would be advantageous
- Siemens/Delta V Software experience would be advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken English required, Spanish and/or German would be an advantage
- Friendly and confident demeanour with customers
- Ability to efficiently and systematically work alone
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time, both nationally and internationally
- Must possess a valid driver's license
