Teamlead Non Sterile Production (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Lead, develop, and support a team within Non Sterile Production
• Manage resource, capacity, and vacation planning to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure on-time completion of production orders and efficient production execution
• Coordinate production activities and optimize the allocation of personnel and material resources
• Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with production standards, quality requirements, and internal procedures
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare analyses and reports
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and Lean initiatives
• Identify and implement process optimization and cost-saving opportunities
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews
• Ensure accurate documentation and data management within approved systems

Education

• Completed technical education or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Previous leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of production processes and resource planning
• Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems and production KPIs
• Good German and English language skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage
