Team Lead – Product Engineering Single Use Assemblies and Consumables (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of a team of technicians and engineers in the field of single use applications
• Team development by setting individual goals, planning training measures and continuous further education
• Cooperation with the Product Line Management department in the integration of new technologies and the improvement of existing products
• Definition of guidelines and specifications for product development including documentation in the GMP area
• Establishment and implementation of high-end engineering processes and system landscapes for order generation and processing
• Technical expert for internal and external customers and suppliers, and suppliers
• Creation of relevant key figures for monitoring team capacity

Education

• Completed training or studies in process engineering, materials science or a related field
• Expertise in the field of single use applications and/or the pharmaceutical industry in general
• Experience in product development and design including the use of CAD/PLM/ERP systems
• First experience in a management position is an advantage
• Independent working style and organizational skills in cooperation with other departments
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
