Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Responsibility over the entire supplier portfolio, taking into account all procurement risks
- Management of cost reduction and supplier development programs
- Demand- and project-related processing of the initiated planned and production orders
- Ensuring security of supply and ongoing monitoring of the procurement market
- Execution of product calculations and so-called "make or buy" decisions
- Operative purchasing for a defined group of goods (e.g. raw materials such as stainless steel and plastic products, assemblies, control cabinets ...)
- Regular exchange with other departments to determine the right demand and
technical requirements in the best possible way
Education
- Completed education in the relevant field
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing desired
- Strong implementation and emphatic hands-on personality
- Holistic approach along the value chain of an industrial company
- Independent and structured way of working as well as team spirit
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and problem solving skills
- Very good MS Office and ERP system skills
