Service Engineer (USA) (m/f/d)

After an intensive training at our headquarters in Kufstein/Tyrol, exciting tasks in an international environment await you! We cover all across the states and into South America. 

Single Use Support is a pioneer in the Biopharma industry and we require extra support for our US installed base. 

Are you technically minded and want to be part of a growing innovative company in Pharmaceutical industry? 

Your tasks

• Handover and commissioning of our plants at the customer's site
• Initial training of the operators on site
• Execution of the so-called Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Ongoing service, repairs, and incidental maintenance of equipment
• Fault analysis (electrical, mechanical, control)
• Development of the best possible technical solution and troubleshooting

Education

• Completed technical education in relevant field
• Experience as a Service Engineer or Technician would be preferred
• Refrigeration training is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English skills required
• Friendly and confident demeanor with customers
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time, both nationally and internationally
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We do not sponsor employment visas, now or in the future
