Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Installation, commissioning, and startup of our systems at customer sites worldwide
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of high-tech equipment
• Supporting qualification activities (IQ/OQ) in regulated environments
• Training customer personnel on operation and maintenance
• Acting as the technical interface to customers during service assignments
• Preparation of service reports and documentation
• Supporting continuous product improvement through field feedback

Education

• Technical education in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
• Experience in service, machine building, or industrial environments (pharma/biotech is a plus)
• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 90% internationally
• Good English skills; German is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
