Your tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support.
  • Drive regional sales by nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a high-potential sales pipeline, securing purchase orders and exceeding targets.
  • Deliver tailored solutions in filling, freezing, thawing, and single-use applications.
  • Provide on-site product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application support.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure custom equipment and systems meet client specifications.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits—domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using HubSpot CRM.

Education

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in selling bioprocessing equipment or related technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (50–75%), including overnight stays and international trips.
