In cooperation with the sales leaders, you will develop process solutions including recommendations for SUS equipment and single-use assemblies for biopharmaceutical production and process development applications.
In cooperation with your regional sales manager, help secure purchase orders for single use products and services
Develop the best sales strategy together with Regional Sales Manager, take the lead in preparing designs, quotations & margin calculations for single use assembles.
Provide end-to-end at process level and help finding the right solutions, in the areas of filling, freezing and thawing, storage and transportation including general single use applications
Support customer visits as needed to our applications center and generate technical presentations decks for customers facing meetings.
You will be responsible for onsite customer support, design review, product investigations and new business equipment integrations and single-use product demonstrations.
You are responsible for working with project management from the order to delivery to ensure the equipment and single use products are aligned and built to customer specifications
Building long-term customer relationships and supporting our sales team in North America
Build internal relationships to ensure the smooth transition of technical information, pricing and process capabilities for single use assemblies & systems
Traveling on a regular basis away from the home office and SUS Lexington site office to support customer needs

Education
Completed university degree in business, sciences or engineering
Hands on experience with single use assembles or design of integrated systems
Professional written and spoken English, German is an advantage
Professional experience in the biopharma industry in manufacturing or process development
Technical understanding of the bioprocess industry and ability to create solutions around single use assemblies and systems
Willingness to travel (50%) in North American and occasionally Europe
