Your tasks
- Support Operational Excellence Managers in the execution of improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
- Take ownership of smaller projects and tasks, ensuring timely and structured implementation.
- Apply defined process changes and help embed them into daily operations.
- Assist in monitoring KPIs and maintaining dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Help sustain improvements by following up on actions, documenting progress, and supporting change management efforts.
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP to support data accuracy and process transparency.
- Participate in workshops and meetings, taking notes, preparing documentation, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Think outside the box when it comes to processes and actively contribute ideas for improvement.
Education
- Completed technical or business education (e.g., HTL, Bachelor’s degree, or similar).
- First experience or strong interest in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
- Basic understanding of digital tools and ERP systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP) is an advantage.
- Solid skills in MS Office; proficiency in Excel is beneficial for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Very good communication skills in English and German.
- Open, communicative, and proactive personality.
