PMO Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Developing and ensuring project governance, standards, and prioritization processes
• Managing the innovation project portfolio and aligning it with corporate goals
• Leading strategic projects across all phases, including scope, risk, and KPI definition
• Planning and coordinating cross-functional project plans, resources, budgets, and timelines
• Analyzing project data to evaluate progress, KPIs, ROI, and risks
• Ensuring regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., GMP) are met •    Supporting risk management, issue resolution, and change control
• Creating transparent reports, dashboards, and decision-making documents for management
• Maintaining project documentation and supporting reviews, tests, and validations
• Identifying optimization potential and further developing PMO processes and tools

Education

• Degree in biotechnology, engineering, life sciences, or a similar field
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in innovation/R&D
• Leadership experience and ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
• Confident use of PM methods (Agile/Waterfall) and common PM tools.
• Strong communication, analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive approach to work and high reliability.
• Very good German and English skills
