Senior Applications Engineer (Process Equipment & Sterile Consumables) (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• In cooperation with the sales leaders, you will develop process solutions including recommendations for SUS equipment and single-use assemblies for biopharmaceutical production and process development applications.
• Provide end-to-end at process level and help to find the right solutions, in the areas of filling, freezing and thawing and general single use applications
• Support customer visits to our applications center and generate technical presentations decks for customer facing meetings.
• You will take care of commercial support needs including, generating quotations, price calculations and provide overall support to the regional Sales Leaders in North America
• You will be responsible for onsite customer support, product investigations and new business equipment and single use product demonstrations.
• You are responsible to work with project management from the order to delivery to ensure the equipment and single sue system are built to customer specifications
• Building long-term customer relationships and support customers in North America as needed
• Build internal relationships to ensure the smooth transition of technical information and process capabilities to support customer needs

Du bringst mit

• Completed university degree in business, sciences or engineering
• Professional written and spoken English, German is an advantage
• Professional experience in the life science sector is preferred
• Technical understanding of the bioprocess industry and ability to create solutions
• Independent working style and ability to self-manage
• Willingness to travel (50%) in North American and occasionally Europe
