We are hiring Technical Sales Executives with a biotechnology background to lead business development, promotion, and sales of our products plus process solutions and services in the Boston Area.
Deine Aufgaben
- Promote our products and services utilizing all available sales tools
- First point of contact for sales leads and quote requests
- Grow the region, analyze the market and competition, adapt strategies for changing conditions
- Productive, competent and constant customer support
- Compile and maintain documentation in our CRM database (e.g. customers, sales leads)
- Travel daily throughout the assigned territory calling on customers
- Promptly manage customer requests regarding deliveries, pricing and quality
- Identify new accounts using industry databases, trade shows, e-leads, etc.
- Develop action plans to increase awareness and drive sales for newly identified accounts
- Advocate for the customers and submit customer feedback and requirements
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows / webinars / conferences in assigned territory
Du bringst mit
- Bachelor´s degree or higher preferred 3-5 years’ experience in biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in technical sales, selling capital equipment and consumables
- Understands bioprocessing manufacturing industry challenges and customer needs to improve
- Knowledge of BioProcess technologies; upstream downstream final fill; mAbs, mRNA, CT & GTs
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (incl. occasional overnight travel)
