Your tasks

  • Point of contact for customers with service-related questions
  • Determining a sales strategy to increase sales in the service department
  • Organizing and planning of work for onsite service technician support
  • Virtual and physical presentations to customers on product options
  • Good knowledge of our product portfolio to promote upgrades and other service opportunities
  • Close cooperation and exchange with other departments
  • Updating relevant documentation required for the service department


  • Completed education in the relevant field
  • Professional experience in the sales area B2B / B2C
  • F2F Customer service experience required
  • Business fluent English & German skills preferred
  • Basic technical understanding advantageous
  • Flexible and communicative team player
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 15%
