Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks

You start your working day with a good chat in the team. At the beginning of the month, you first take a closer look at the revenues, costs, and contribution margins of delivered customer orders. You prepare various data for monthly reporting, which forms the basis for operational and strategic decisions. You will continue with the cost calculation of plants, special productions, and other customized projects. To get a better feel for this, a visit to our development department will help you.

- Lunch time -

In the afternoon, you will devote yourself to our internal ERP system. Together with the development partner of the system, you will analyze process flows and identify potential for improvement. The goal is to improve the entire data collection in such a way that optimal cost transparency can be guaranteed. In this way, you not only enable precise cost determination, but also ensure the profitability of our product groups. To clear your head again, you go to our soccer table for a short match. Any e-mails are quickly processed, and arrangements are made for the next day.

Education

• Completed education in the commercial field
• Several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in controlling
• Affinity for numbers with a very strong sense of accuracy
• Proactive and analytical personality with hands on mentality
• Independent and structured way of working paired with a good portion of flexibility
• Very good MS Office and ERP system (preferably weclapp) knowledge
